No. The Loft is a fully licensed venue β all alcohol must be purchased from our bar. No outside spirits, wine, beer, or alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises, including the car park.

Yes. All packages are BYO catering. Your external caterer is responsible for their own setup, top-ups, and pack down within your booked time.

No. All beverages β including soft drinks, bottled water, and canned drinks β must be purchased from the bar.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking. A refundable bond of $500 must be paid at least 7 days before your event. The bond is returned within 5 business days after a satisfactory post-event inspection.

Cancellations made 4+ weeks before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 4 weeks forfeit the deposit. If SmashX cancels for any reason, your deposit and bond are fully refunded.

The bar operates between 6:00 PM and 11:45 PM, with last drinks at 11:45 PM. All events must be fully vacated by the agreed end time. Overtime is charged at $110/hour.

For any event where alcohol is served, SmashX requires professional security to be present for the duration. Security costs are quoted as part of your booking.

All audio settings are pre-programmed. No Bluetooth or personal device connections are permitted unless approved in advance. Music must be supplied by a professional DJ or arranged through SmashX.

Yes, with some restrictions. No confetti, glitter, popcorn, champagne sprays, or adhesive materials on walls, ceilings, or floors. Decorations must be set up and packed down within your booked time.

No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the building, including all rooms and outdoor areas.
